Hello! I’m Vanessa Alves Ruiz, born in 1985 — a certified ACC Personal, Executive and Team Coach, member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and full member of the Spanish Association of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (AEPNL), as well as an Instructor in Unconscious-Mind Reading and the EnergyWork™ Method.

After going through a series of significant transitions in my own life, and recognising my profile as a Highly Gifted Adult, I realised I had a perspective and way of thinking that could bring genuine value to those experiencing profound change. In 2017, I chose to deepen my studies and created the Life Transition® Coaching Method with a clear purpose: to provide effective tools, knowledge, and guidance during moments of transformation. From this approach, the DEC Model™ was also born — a framework that structures and guides the processes I facilitate.

Graduate in Social Communication - Journalism, I have been a sports reporter and radio host for almost a decade, as well as a digital content project manager. But it was already at the age of 18 that I started working with personal development, as a facilitator and speaker. Between 2015 and 2019, I have lived in the eco village of Piracanga (Brazil), where I deepened my studies on my own self, my spirituality and also on human development tools. After that experience, I finally settled in Barcelona (Spain), in September 2020.
