F.A.Q. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the difference of the MdR for the other meditations?

When we speak of "other meditations", one is generally referring to the practices of silence and concentration of the Eastern traditions. The Meditation of the Roses comes from the western tradition, in which we use the mind in our favor through visualizations that work our energy. It is done in the "Egyptian position" (sitting on a chair) and not in the "lotus position" (on the floor with legs crossed). It is not a meditation of mental emptiness, but of observation and the use of the mind in a directed way. 

Will I be able to share it with other people after my initiation?

MdR is a set of techniques that could perhaps be easily shared openly, but as you teacher, I play a role of care and transmission during the initiation. I have the responsibility of projecting the energy to help you create the techniques within you, of protecting and cleaning the space, of taking care of the process while you do your first cleaning, which usually has significant power. For this reason, I do not recommend teaching the techniques without first becoming a teacher to understand exactly what you will be dealing with.

I already do meditation. What does this technique give me? 

The MdR gives us energy authority over the energy that enters and leaves our field. We gain in personal power, confidence and clarity, since we stop confusing the energy of others with ours. We can even take the first steps in reading our own energy (Aura Reading) by practicing it with attention and perseverance. In addition to this, since MdR is a different technique from the most widespread, it can be complementary to silence practices, for example. You can start with the MdR and continue with minutes of mindfulness or other techniques.  You can also use the MdR techniques separately throughout the day.

Can I apply the techniques to other people?

The MdR, as a tool, you should only apply to yourself. It is not like Reiki, for example, which can be transferred to other people. All visualizations of the MdR should be done only in relation to your own energy field. In the event that you suspect that someone in your environment would benefit from accessing the tool, please recommend the person to participate in an initiation.

Why is there an "initiation" and not just a course or workshop? 

MdR initiations are also courses, but not only. And this is because there is, in fact, a transmission of information so that you can start on a new path of consciousness and learning. After the initiation, you will have knowledge about powerful techniques that must be used only in you and for you. It is a path of self-care and self-awareness.
